Fees depend on the kind of case you have.

There is a $275 fee for family law consultations. Consultations can take place in-person, over the phone, or by video, whichever you prefer. The consultation fee entitles you to a one-hour consultation with the attorney who can listen to your situation, review your case and documentation, and give you specific legal advice.      

During the one-hour consultation, the attorney will quote the exact case fee. The fee can vary depending on the complexity of your case – some cases are easier and quicker than others – but typically our law firm only works on family law cases with case fees that are at least $3,500. Once the case is underway, the attorneys and paralegals on your case will bill hourly. Unused fees are returned to the client.

There is no consultation fee, and criminal law case fees vary and will be quoted to you directly by the attorney. Consultations can take place in-person, over the phone, or by video, whichever you prefer.

The firm’s legal intake specialist will do a free initial review of your case. Depending on the type of case, there may be a consultation fee to speak with the attorney, but not always. Consultations can take place in-person, over the phone, or by video, whichever you prefer. Consultations for immigration law cases are $200 and take place over the phone.

In some of these cases, you can hire our attorney on a contingency basis, which means that you only pay us if we recover a monetary award for you. But other cases in this category will have case fees and attorneys and paralegals will bill hourly against the fees paid. It depends on the legal situation and the case facts.
