Chelsea Young serves as legal intern at Toscano Law Group. She is a second-year law student at Regent University in Virginia Beach with extensive experience as a professional paralegal.
At Toscano Law Group, Chelsea performs research and drafts filings for the firm’s civil cases.
Prior to Toscano Law Group, Chelsea was an intern in the Circuit Court of Portsmouth, Virginia. In that role, she conducted judicial research and drafted legal memos. For four years, Chelsea was a paralegal at the Angela Manz Law Firm where she worked on complex estate planning matters.
In law school, Chelsea is a Staff Editor on Regent University's Law Review, the Public Relations Chair for the Women's Law Association, and a student member of the Virginia Beach Bar Association and Virginia Women’s Attorney Association, Hampton Roads Chapter.
A native of Virginia Beach, Chelsea studied in the administration of justice program at Tidewater Community College, and she holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of West Georgia.
In her free time, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and exploring local restaurants and coffee shops.
