The jury trial of client D.W. entered its second day in Virginia Beach Circuit Court.
Criminal defense attorney Diane Toscano is represeting D.W. on charges of murder, 1st degree; use of a firearm in the commission of a felony; and robbery with use of a gun or simulated gun.
The trial is expected to last three days.
