Today, Toscano Law Group announced the launch of a personal injury practice area. Recent high-profile lawsuits filed or settled by law firm founder Diane Toscano have heightened demand for law firm legal services in the field of traditional personal injury, said Toscano.
“We’ve built up trust in the Hampton Roads community this past decade,” stated Toscano. “Our clients and the public know we are fighters, and they want us to bring that same energy and focus-on-outcomes when they have been injured in an accident.”
To support new clients, the law firm has hired Danielle Brown, an experienced personal injury paralegal who will work exclusively on personal injury cases.
“I’m thrilled to join Diane and the team at Toscano Law Group,” said Brown. “We are going to get results for people who have been injured in auto accidents or other personal injuries, such as burns, slip and falls, motorcycle or truck accidents, and wrongful death.”
Brown spent her last three years as a personal injury paralegal. Prior to that, she worked as a clerk in federal court in the Eastern District of Virginia and in various positions in the Norfolk Commonwealth’s Attorney’s office. She holds an associate degree in paralegal studies from Tidewater Community College, a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Old Dominion University, and a master’s degree in criminal justice from the University of New Haven.
