After a year of work, Toscano Law Group settled a wrongul death insurance claim in favor of its client, The Estate of T.W. (deceased), for the maximum allowable under the insurance policy held by USAA. A judge in the Circuit Court of Norfolk accepted the Order to disburse funds immediately to the family members who hired us.
The Court found:
- That T.W. died as a result of injuries he received as a pedestrian in an automobile accident.
- That at the time of the accident, the person who struck T.W. was covered under a motor vehicle insurance policy issued by United Services Automobile Association (USAA).
