Evalise Pacheco serves as a legal assistant at Toscano Law Group.
She handles the law firm’s criminal law cases and works directly with clients and their families to ensure legal excellent outcomes and customer service.
Prior to Toscano Law Group, Evalise was an intern in the Federal Public Defender's Office in Norfolk, VA.
Her interest in criminal law took root in high school, as a student and eventual graduate of the First Colonial Legal Studies Academy in Virginia Beach. She went on to earn a bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law and Society with an emphasis in Legal Studies from George Mason University.
As an undergraduate, she studied public perception of wrongful conviction, as well as the inclusion of Hispanic/Latinx Students in higher education.
When Evalise is not working to get excellent results for law firm clients, she's probably spending time with her family or reading a Daredevil comic book.
