Cournoyer is a former prosecutor in New York, and she holds a bar license in both New York and Virginia. “Kelly has hit the ground running since her hiring in early February,” said Diane Toscano, firm founder. “As a former prosecutor who also has a passion for family law, Kelly is a well-rounded, talented, and confident trial lawyer who has made an immediate positive impact on the firm.” Raised in a military family that moved to stations on three continents, Cournoyer knows first-hand the unique challenges that military families face and the support they need to be successful.
